Booth Rental Contracts

Henry’s Salon makes it easy for you to rent space.  We believe stylists with an energetic and driven philosophy will see the many opportunities and value the relationship.  Henry’s stylists want to be at Henry’s Salon so no lengthy contracts required.

A 60-day notice, minimum 6 months, month-to-month contract to start is required.  Yearly and multiple year contracts are also available for those individuals wanting to lock in availability and rental rates as a hedge against inflation.   Check with Henry for full details.

Relocation Incentives

An initial relocation incentive is offered with over $1000 in first year savings.  This plan features an initial below-market rate with reduced rent in 8-week gradually increasing periods.  This should help greatly to offset moving costs and loss of clients associated with relocation. 

A minimum of 10% commission will be paid on all product gross sales with increased percentages for larger target sales amounts.  In addition, there is a yearly incentive program using total store sales as a base.  See salon for details.

A limited amount of commissioned positions will be offered to qualified employees.  50% commissions will be paid to beginning or up-and-coming stylists with the primary desire to convert these commissioned stylists to full-time booth renters within 6 to 9 months through education, advertising and marketing.
